Privacy Policy

Nexus 22 Solutions LLC ("Nexus 22", "we", "us") operates this website. This policy explains what information we collect through nexus22.tech, why, and what you can do about it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

The short version

This website has no accounts, no tracking pixels, no advertising networks and no analytics cookies. The contact form does not transmit anything to us — it opens your own email application with a message pre-filled, which you then choose to send or not. If you never email us, we never receive any personal information from your visit.

1. Information we collect

Information you send us. If you email us, or use the project brief form to compose an email, we receive whatever you include — typically your name, company, email address, and a description of your project. We receive this only when you send the message.

Technical information. Like any website, ours is served over the internet and our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare, Inc.) processes standard request data such as IP address, browser type, referring page and timestamp in order to deliver the page, defend against attacks and produce aggregate traffic counts. We do not use this to identify individual visitors and we do not combine it with anything else.

Cookies. This site sets no cookies of its own. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies to operate its network and detect abuse.

2. Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to deliver the engagement.
• To keep the site available, fast and secure.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations in the United States.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for advertising. We do not profile you.

3. Who else can see it

We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf:

• Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting, DNS and security.
• Google LLC — business email for our @nexus22.tech addresses.

We disclose information beyond that only where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.

4. How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are kept while there is a live conversation and for up to 24 months afterwards, so we can pick up where we left off. Records connected to a signed contract are kept for as long as US tax and corporate record-keeping rules require. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time and we will, unless we are legally required to keep it.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, or to object to how we use it. Residents of California (CCPA/CPRA) and the European Economic Area and United Kingdom (GDPR) have these rights by statute. We extend the same rights to everyone, because maintaining two standards is more work than doing it properly once.

To exercise any of them, email [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days. We will never charge you for a request or treat you differently for making one.

6. International transfers

We are a United States company and our service providers are US-based, so information you send us is processed in the United States. If you contact us from outside the US, you are sending your information to the US.

7. Children

This site is for business enquiries and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from them.

8. Security

The site is served over HTTPS with modern transport security. Email is protected by our provider's controls and multi-factor authentication. No system is perfect, so please do not send passwords, payment card numbers or other secrets by email — ask us and we will arrange a secure channel.

9. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above. Material changes will be summarised at the top of this page.
